Beyond the ordinary
Dear Readers,
Let me introduce myself. I am Raven Mae, I created Ravenmaetrinkets.com to be able to sell my crafts and grow into selling items used in the craft. This is a small business with many growing potentials after a rocky start. It seems the divine didn’t feel it was my time to start, so in the beginning there was a technical difficulty with the purchase option that has since been fixed.
A little about me, I started my journey on the path early, however as i grew my journey was kept quiet for many years i was trapped in the darkness. In 2013, a light entered my life who encouraged me to stop hiding and denying myself happiness in life. Fast forward I slowly came around during COVID I picked up my crafting and artistic skills came through, i wanted more, to allow the fire inside to burn. After several close losses I found my way back. The comfort in nature soothed my tears, and I could hear those lost around me speaking encouragement. Then she came to me the woman in the darkness she always showed in my times of despair. I started to figure out who I was as a person, I took what I have learned over thirty years and hit the books with technology on my side the world was within reach. I researched my heritage spoke with a few wiser women that took that and with my birth chart (that only ever left me feeling there was more) showed me the human design chart. I finally realized there was a reason behind it all, and I was hooked with the loving hands of many and a special person that listened weekly for a year and stayed in contact after and raised those sessions to free that spark. I mastered and continued with shadow work, learned many paths of the craft, and refamiliarized myself with many wonderful books. I learned Celtic Folk and Appalachian Folk due to my heritage and family migration. I then learned about the Norse Runes, which led me to learn several others. A friend introduced me to Oracle cards since I was familiar with tarots. In April 2025 I became an Ordained Wiccan Priestess but feeling I still needed more i decided to take a year and a day to build my store, circle, and step into the rule of High Priestess. I may not have taken the correct steps to this, but I am self-taught and will continue to learn and advance as needed along the way. I am still working on myself, but I want to pass on my knowledge to others and get together with other like minded ladies and celebrate the moon phases and seasons.
I am a Celtic folk green witch, and it runs deep in my blood my connection with nature and divine is held sacred to me. I treat all as kin but don’t like my boundaries crossed. I am familiar with many divination techniques, and once Ravens Circle of Enchantment is complete, my goal is to teach others in the outer circle everything we know I feel the Divine bringing these ladies into my life.
So please, please have patience and come grow with me as I walk this enchanted path of Nature and worshipping the seasons and lunar phases.
Blessed Be,
Raven Mae

8/1 Lughnasadh (Lammas)
This marks the first harvest of the year when the fruits and grains are starting to be gathered. It is a time of abundance, gratitude, and reflection. As the days begin to shorten, the air starts to cool signaling the second half of the year when the darkness slowly takes hold. Our ancestors celebrated with feasts at great festivals that were filled with harvested fruits, vegetables, and grains. Homemade bread is baked with those grains gathered, this symbolizes life's cycles. Bread is a sacrifice to the grain god, who symbolically dies to feed the community and ensure life continues. This death is necessary to sacrifice for abundance to return repeatedly. Rituals are deeply connected with gratitude and sharing it with others honoring the land and its gifts.
Altars contents: ears of wheat, corn, yellow flowers, and fresh baked bread. These reflect the abundance of the harvest.
Typical foods: bread, corn, berries and products from recent harvests.

Green Witch Creed
Rewritten by Raven Mae
I acknowledge the Unity of the Divine seen as female and male, Goddess and God, form and energy, lunar and solar powers, honored with the Wheel of the Year at Sabbats, Esbats, and scared days.
I acknowledge that the Divine resides in all things and worlds, creating a unity of All in Oneness and Kinship through the Goddess and God.
I acknowledge that the Elements Earth, Air, Fire and Water are extensions of the Divine both internal and external kith and kin connected through Spirit.
I acknowledge immortality of individual spirit comforted by the God of the Underworld refreshed by the Goddess in Summerland choosing incarnation by form, place, and soul purpose
I acknowledge that the God shows his life cycle in his yearly passage through the Sabbats. He is born as the Oak King of the Goddess Mother at Yule, cleansed and carried by the Crone into the arms of Mother at Imbolc to be nourished by her milk and love. At Ostara, the Goddess transforms as Maiden and Joins the God so they may walk as Lady and Lord of the Wild Wood awakening the Earth from the sleep aspect as Crone of Winter. The Goddess and the God unite at Beltane bringing renewal, and their Litha wedding the God shows his wisdom and age turning from Oak King to Holly King. At Lughnassadh, the God enters the Goddess seen as the Mother Earth feeling her abundance with the life essence of his solar energy. At Mabon his spirit enriches vines, barley, and corn with his essence. As he enters Underworld he leaves the Goddess alone as mother to be and crone through Autumn and Winter while he leads the Wild Hunt gathering the dead to his realm. In the Underworld he rules as Lord of Shadows where he offers rest, solice and release of burdens to spirits at the end of incarnation. At Samhain he passes his spirit through the goddess making the veil between worlds thin through union of shadow and light turning the tomb of the crone into the womb of the mother. At Yule the God as Sage offers his blessings and farewells to the children of the world then turns to join them as the infant Oak King reborn. Through the passing of the wheel of the year is the path of perfect love and perfect trust in the Divine, and we may walk with the Divine in the bond of love. I acknowledge the three great Mysteries
- The Ancient God as Father and Son
- The Maiden Goddess as Mother and Crone
- The union of Tomb and Womb for eternal cycle of Life Immortal
I see the aspects of the Divine all as separate and united as Goddess, God and both. The one who is all matches being from one.
The creative forces of nature are revered with the Goddess and God symbolizing Universal Materials and Energies from which all exist. They are equal and omnipresent because they are found throughout the universe and earth and all within. The Spiral dance of rebirth brings us back to our existence in the Goddess and the God.
Knowledge is the gift of Divine learning through many lives on Earth and keeping close to them. Magic is the natural means of working with natural energies to accomplish a goal; this is part of our natural life. Through dedication the pathway is constantly open, never needing to alter states of mind just stillness and balance.
Freedom of individuals and personal responsibility are key.
Immanence, interconnection, and community are three core principles of Witchcraft. The Goddess and the God are manifested in all life, and all existence is connected to one cosmos.
All Nature has positive and negative aspects and to be reborn one must first die. With nature there are pleasant and harsh aspects, and this is the natural energy flow of all.
Attuning to the Divine changes one forever, sparking new hope. Deities are in the hands of the practitioner. The Religion is then worshipped with reverence of the Life Force represented in Dual Deity as a Conscious Unity. Reverence can be expressed through ceremony or rituals.
The Sabbats are composed of four solar festivals called Lesser Sabbats or the Quarters and four agricultural festivals called the Greater Sabbats or Cross Quarters. These are the main focus of the green tradition, along with the 12th night (naming day).
My Goddess Danu she the mother goddess that purifies the waters, earth, fertility and wisdom.
My God is Dagda the All Father is known as the Good God. He is the wise protector, magician, and provider of abundance.
